DIRECT BOOKING
Booking Steps:
1. Send your request (check in & out date necessary).
- We will send you the rates and availability -
2. If you wish to book, you should send us the exact dates you wish to stay, number of persons, room type.
- We check for availability and we send you a credit card form -
3. You should complete, sign and return the form by fax (recommended), or scan it and attached it with an e-mail (not very secure)
- We check the form and credit card and if it is all ok we send you a confirmation e-mail. Only then you have a reservation. -
Cancellation Policy
If you inform us 21 days prior to arrival you are entitled to full refund, otherwise a 50% penalty is applied on the total amount of the reservation.
