Booking Steps:
1. Send your request (check in & out date necessary).
- We will send you the rates and availability -

- We check for availability and we send you a credit card form -
3. You should complete, sign and return the form by fax (recommended), or scan it and attached it with an e-mail (not very secure)
- We check the form and credit card and if it is all ok we send you a confirmation e-mail. Only then you have a reservation. -
Cancellation / Booking Policy
The first night is charged and it is not refundable in any case. The amount will be deducted from the total amount you will have to pay. If you inform us 21 days prior to arrival you are entitled to refund, otherwise a 50% penalty is applied on the total amount of the reservation.
