Olympic Villas
The village houses remind bird nests nestled on the steep sides of the island. Oia is world famous for its unique sunsets. The Olympic Villas is set on the ridge overlooking the Aegean islands of Ios and Sikinos as well as the largest Caldera in the world. It is 700 meters from the center of the village and 10 kilometers from Fira (Santorini's center). The nearest beach (Armeni) is 2 km away and you can get there by descending the stairs and returning with a donkey. The next beach (Baxedes) is 3 km away and you can go by car or bus. Close to our hotel (100 meters) there is a public car park which you can use free of charge.

We so enjoyed meet
It was one of the last family run hotels in Oia. Christina was the daughter who did most of the reception. She was marvelous. We had a very late flight getting to the hotel about 12 midnight. Their driver who picked us up at the airport was wonderful young man. We were met at hotel by Christina and she helped us carry bags up to our room.
This is not a luxury resort but it was a great value . We had a well maintained pool right outside our door. We were in easy walking distance to the main street of Oia. There was air conditioning in the bedroom.
Christina was very good at suggesting places to go to shop, eat, etc. She sent us to an adorable taverna,Santorini Moy, away from the main tourist area and it was delightful with live music. IWe used the car rental agency right across the street and they were very professional.
We were here at the end of May and the heat was bearable. I’m sure it could get uncomfortable in all of Santorini in summer.
We would definitely stay here again. An authentic Greek experience....
